The Electronic Discovery Process
Electronic Discovery is the collection,
management and presentation of electronic data for review.
The need to conduct such reviews often arises in response to orders or
other requirements to produce data to another party.
In these situations, you need to efficiently review your data to
determine what is responsive. Typically,
this data consists of documents, spreadsheets, e-mail and the
like; however, it is possible that you may need to collect other
types of data as well. Our goal is to assist you in
determining what data needs to be preserved and collected.
Our Electronic Discovery services start with
the collection of your data in a forensically sound manner.
We work with you to devise a preservation and collection
protocol tailored to meet your needs. This insures that
the relevant data can be extracted and admitted in an
evidentiary proceeding without issue. We then present your data in a form that allows you to review it
to determine what is responsive, all in an
efficient and timely manner.
Our Electronic Discovery services can include de-duplication,
preparation of TIF images and filtering based upon keyword.
We also offer a hosted solution which allows you to review the
data online and conduct keyword searches as you review.
Your data can also be packaged for review in your firm's
Document Management System, such as Concordance or other such
application.
